Who we are

Rxuracy is operated by INSURASAFE LLC doing business as Rxuracy ("Rxuracy", "we", "us"), 400 S Kansas STE 100, Topeka, KS 66603.

Rxuracy is for licensed insurance agents. With a client's signed authorization, an agent can see the client's current prescriptions, prescribers and pharmacies to help the client compare Medicare plans. Agents also agree to our agent terms.

Clients do not have accounts. A client only receives a text message with a one-time code and can view the authorization they are asked to sign.

Text message program

• Program name: Rxuracy verification codes.
• What it is: one-time codes sent to a person at a licensed agent's request, after the person agrees on the call, so the person can sign an authorization.
• How often: one message per request, and no more than 3 in an hour.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Support: support@rxuracy.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accounts and security

Agent accounts are personal. You must give accurate information, keep your password and two-factor device private, and not let anyone else use your account. Tell us right away at support@rxuracy.com if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Use Rxuracy only for its stated purpose and only as the law and these terms allow. You may not:

• request records for anyone other than the person who authorized the request
• use records for any purpose other than the client's Medicare plan review
• try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours
• test, scan or probe the site for weaknesses without our written permission
• copy, scrape or automate access to the site
• interfere with the site or put an unreasonable load on it
• upload anything harmful, such as malware
• pretend to be someone else or misstate your license

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and software belong to INSURASAFE LLC or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service. The Rxuracy name may not be used without our written permission.

Disclaimers

• Records come from a consumer reporting agency and its data suppliers. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always confirm medications, doctors and pharmacies with the client.
• Rxuracy is not medical advice. It does not recommend plans, drugs, doctors or pharmacies.
• Prescriber NPI numbers marked "possible" are unconfirmed matches from a public registry. Check them before you rely on them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, INSURASAFE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

If you are an agent, you agree to defend and repay INSURASAFE LLC for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Clients who only receive a text message or view an authorization give no indemnity.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these terms or we need to protect clients, agents or the service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, continue after access ends.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and version number. If a change is material, we will email agents before it takes effect. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Shawnee County, Kansas.
