How people agree to receive the text
The agent reads this script on the call and records the client's agreement before any text is sent. The agent cannot send the text until they confirm the client agreed.
I'm going to text you a one-time code at [client's mobile number] from Rxuracy. The text has a link to an authorization that lets us get your prescription records, including your medications, doctors and pharmacies, so I can compare Medicare plans for you. Please open it and read it. If you agree, read me the code. Giving me the code is your electronic signature. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. Is that OK?
The text clients receive
Your Rxuracy code is [6-digit code]. It expires in 1 hour. Review what you're authorizing: https://rxuracy.com/a/[link]
